摘要
食品营养标签是指向消费者提供食物营养特性的一种描述。食品营养标签标准化的最终目的是改善膳食结构和提高身体素质。介绍食品法典委员会(CAC)、欧盟(EU)、美国、日本、加拿大和中国等食品营养标签法规及标准发展概况,并通过剖析我国食品企业在食品营养标签中存在的主要问题,提出应对建议,为规范食品营养标签提供理论指导。
Food nutrition labeling is a description to provide consumers with information on nutrition characteristics. The final purpose of food nutrition labeling standardization is to improve the dietary structure and improve the quality of body. The status of food nutrition labeling regulations and standards of Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC), European Union (EU), USA, Japan, Canada and China, etc. were reviewed. Based on analysis of the main problems of Chinese food enterprises in the food nutrition labeling, some recommendations were proposed to provide theoretical guidance for our country's food nutrition labeling management.
