摘要
归纳目前国内外用于海参分类鉴定的形态学、物理学、化学和分子生物学等4类方法,并分别介绍其研究现状和标准化现状,就目前现有的海参鉴定标准而言,是不能满足海参产业发展的,应进一步完善海参标准体系。
The morphological, physical, chemical and molecular biological approaches to conduct species identification of holothurian at home and abroad are summarized,and the research progress of them and the standardization status of species identification of holothurian at current stage is introduced. According to the standard for holothurians unable to meet the deuelopment,it needs further improve.
