摘要
医事法学教育要以新文科建设为契机,以社会需求为导向,以培养复合型人才为目标,以学科融合为路径,突破传统法学教育模式,通过创新医事法学人才培养体系,深度开展教育教学改革,强化人才培养的高阶性、复合型和应用型。研析总结目前医事法学专业的本科教育,并针对其在学科定位、师资队伍、课程设置、实践教学等多方面所存在的问题,从人才培养方案的设计、课程体系的构建、实践教学体系的改进、教师能力的提升等方面提出了相应对策。
Medical law education should take the construction of new liberal arts as an opportunity,take social demand as a guide,aim at cultivating compound talents,take disciplinary integration as a path,break through the traditional mode of legal education,carry out in-depth education and teaching reform through innovating the medical law talent training system,and strengthen the high-level,compound and application-oriented talent training.This paper analyzes and summarizes the current undergraduate education of medical law major,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in terms of the design of talent training program,the construction of curricu⁃lum system,the improvement of practical teaching system,and the enhancement of teachers'ability in view of the problems existing in the discipline orientation,teaching staffs,curriculum setting,and practice teaching.
