摘要
随着近两年来高职的扩招,高职院校的生源越来越多元化,不同类型生源在学习基础、学习目标、学习需求和学习态度等方面存在明显差异。传统的培养方案、教学内容、教学模式和考核制度难以适应新的变化,需要针对生源的差异制定培养方案,改进教学模式,优选教学内容,改变教学方法,重构考核体系,从而实现差异化培养,最终达到人才培养目标。
With the expand admission of Higher Vocational Colleges in recent two years,the source of students in higher vocational colleges is more and more diversified,different types of students have obvious differences in learning basis,learning objectives,learning needs and learning attitude.The traditional training program,teaching content,teaching mode and assessment system are difficult to adapt to the new changes,we need to develop training programs according to the differences of students,improve the teaching mode,optimize the teaching content,change the teaching methods and reconstruct the assessment system,So as to achieve differentiation personnel training and ultimately achieve the goal of talent training.
