摘要
作为高校教育活动的组织者和积极参与者,师生双方在交往过程中逐渐形成了独特的伦理关系,它具体规定了师生交往双方需要遵循的一定道德伦理秩序,规约高校教育场域中的师生交往行为。高校师生交往关系伦理化的价值在于规范民主互信的教育生活,促进师生交往德性的生成,助力社会公共道德的提升。而现实中高校师生交往文化冲突化、交往行为功利化与交往情感疏离化阻隔了师生伦理性交往与精神沟通的可能,惟有重建基于思想对话的师生交往文化,明晰高校师生交往行为的伦理规制,打造赋予情感关怀的师生交往生态,方可匡正新时代立德树人视域中的新型师生交往关系。
As an organizer and active participant of college education activities,teachers and students gradually form a unique ethical relationship in the course of communication,which specifies a certain moral and ethical order to be followed by teachers and students,and regulates the communication behavior of teachers and students in the field of higher education.The ethical value of the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities lies in standardizing the educational life of democracy and mutual trust,promoting the formation of the moral character of the relationship between teachers and students,and promoting the improvement of social public morality.However,the conflict of communication culture between teachers and students,the utilitarianism of communication behavior and the alienation of communication emotion have blocked the possibility of ethical communication and spiritual communication between teachers and students,only by making clear the ethical regulation of the communication between teachers and students in colleges and universities,and building the communication ecology endowed with emotional care,can we correct the new-type communication between teachers and students in the new era.
