摘要
当代高校师生关系呈现如下新特点:形式化,感情淡漠化,功利化,仍有传统师尊生卑的遗留等。为了适应这种变化,在处理师生关系时,当代高校教师应遵循"热爱学生","严而有格要求学生","成为学生合格的引路人","尊重学生的主体地位","准确、客观、公正地评价学生"等伦理规范;当代高校学生应遵循"尊敬教师","感恩教师的付出","与教师交往要自尊自爱自信","客观公正地评价教师"等伦理规范。发挥这些伦理规范的作用,社会要形成客观公正的舆论导向;政府要健全规章制度;高校要畅通师生沟通渠道;教师要加强师德修养;学生要强化道德修养和行为规范训练。
With the transformation and development of society,the traditional teacher-student relationship in China has undergone profound changes.Due to the influence from the implementation of the market economy,the awakening of students’subject consciousness,and the diversification of knowledge acquisition,contemporary relations between teachers and students in colleges and universities present the following new features:formalization,emotional indifference,utilitarianization,and unequal student-teacher relationship left behind.In order to meet this change,when dealing with teacher-student relations,contemporary college teachers should follow the principles like“loving students,requiring students strictly,becoming a qualified guide for students,respecting students’main role as well as accurate,objective,and fair evaluation.”Contemporary college students should follow the ethical norms of“respecting teachers,giving thanks to teachers,communicating with teachers with self-esteem and self-confidence,objective and fair evaluation of teachers.”To play the role of these ethical norms,the society must form an objective and impartial public opinion orientation;the government must improve the rules and regulations;colleges and universities should unblock the teacher-student communication channels;teachers should strengthen teaching ethics while students should strengthen moral cultivation and behavioral standardization training.
