摘要
高等学校教师评价是高等教育评价的核心,也是实现高等教育高质量发展的关键因素。从教师评价的认识论来看,高等学校教师是一种专门职业,需要经过专业的训练才能够胜任。高深知识和学生是高等学校中的两个基本“加工”材料,根据“加工”材料的不同,高校教师的工作可以分为“单材料加工”和“双材料加工”两种模式,教师是这两种“加工”材料的加工者,两种材料的不同组合造成了对教师评价的复杂性。按照教师岗位分类评价的方式并不能够解决教学评价的问题。对于教师教学评价较为有效的评价主要是学生评教和增值性评价。由于“双材料加工”模式中教师贡献的模糊性,我们难以设计出理想的教师评价体系。在建设高质量教育体系的视角下,既要加强对教师专业发展的引领,又要加强师德师风建设。
The evaluation of teachers in higher education institutions is the core of higher education evaluation,and is also a critical element for developing the high⁃quality higher education.According to the epistemology,teachers in the higher education institutions are recognized as the professionals,qualified for the profession requiring the professional cultivation.According to the processed“material,”the profession of the teacher in the higher education institution can be divided into“Single⁃material Processing Mode”and“Dual⁃material Processing Mode.”The post⁃classification evaluation of teachers in higher education institutions is not enough for solving the problem of the teaching evaluation.The effective teaching evaluation of teachers in higher education institutions mainly includes Student Evaluation of Teaching and Value⁃added Evaluation of Teaching.Because of the difficulty in estimating the contribution of the teacher in the“Dual⁃material Processing Mode”profession,it is extremely hard for us to design the ideal teacher evaluation system.Therefore,the evaluation of teachers in higher education institutions should not only guide the teachers’professional development,but also strengthen the construction of teachers’virtue from the perspective of the construction of the high⁃quality education system.
