摘要
专业动态调整是高等教育供给测改革的应有之义,是优化专业结构,促进专业内涵发展,提升专业质量,实现一流学科和一流大学建设的重要途径。本文借用马克思主义矛盾辩证统一思想,认为专业动态调整中所蕴含的四组辩证统一关系构成专业动态调整的目标、依据、动力和落脚点,即专业动态调整的目标是实现适应与引领的辩证统一;专业动态调整依据内在逻辑与外在需求的辩证统一;专业动态调整的动力是自主与受控的辩证统一;专业动态调整的落脚点在于专业局部持续改进与专业整体优化的辩证统一。
Profession dynamic adjustment is the proper meaning of higher education supply measurement reform.It is an important way to optimize profession structure,promote profession connotation development,improve the of profession,and realize the construction of first-class disciplines and first-class universities.This paper borrows the dialectical unity of Marxist contradictions and believes that the four sets of dialectical unity contained in the profession dynamic adjustment constitute the goal,basis,motivation and foothold of profession dynamic adjustment.That is,the goal of profession dynamic adjustment is to achieve dialectical unity of adaptation and guidance;profession dynamic adjustment is based on dialectical unity of internal logic and external demand;the dynamic of profession dynamic adjustment is the dialectical unity of autonomy and control;the foothold of profession dynamic adjustment lies in dialectical unity of profession local continuous improvement and profession overall optimization.
