摘要
教师评价是一项极其复杂的工作,虽然传统教师评价在一定程度上发挥了其积极作用,但也有其不可避免的弊端。特别是在建构主义多元化、发展性教育评价广泛运用的今天,传统教师评价显然不能适应时代的要求。建构主义教师评价具有多维性、动态性和发展性特征。建构主义教师评价确立了教师的主体性地位,关注教师的个别性和差异性,凸显了教师评价对教师专业发展的作用和功能。
The teacher evaluation is a very complicated process. The traditional teacher evaluation has its own unavoidable disadvantages, though it has a positive effect on evaluating a teacher's work in a degree. Especially nowadays, the constructivistic multiplicity and development-oriented education evaluation are widely used in the area of education. It is obvious that a traditional teacher evaluation is out of date. The constructivistic teacher evaluation has some characteristics such as multi-dimensions, dynamic and expansion. It establishes the teacher's s ubjectivist position, and pays much attention to the teacher's individuality and difference, thus giving prominence to effects of the teacher evaluation on the teacher professional development.
