摘要
新时代背景下国际国内形势的发展,呼唤大学必须健全与实施立德树人专项评价指标体系,以解决长期存在的"重智轻育"之顽疾。大学所立之"德"是一个与时俱进的概念,而立德的高度与水平终将铸就建设"中国特色,世界一流"大学的新高度。中西方在施行立德教育过程中,都面临着各自不同的挑战与困境。学校领导、师资队伍、课程建设是立德教育评价体系的核心指标,学科建设、科学研究、国际交流、校园文化、管理服务等无一例外地均应被赋予育人之思政功能。
The development of international and domestic situation in the new era calls for the design and implementation of a targeted evaluation indicator system of moral education,so as to solve the long-standing problem of“valuing knowledge over morality”.The“morality”cultivated in university is a concept that keeps pace with time.The height and level of moral education will eventually determine the height of world-class universities with Chinese characteristics.In the process of implementing moral education,both Chinese and the western universities face challenges and difficulties.University leadership,faculties,and curriculum construction are the core indicators of the evaluation system of moral education.Discipline construction,scientific research,international exchange,campus culture and university management should all be endowed with the function of educating students.
