摘要
该文从立德树人的角度探讨了食品化学课程思政教学改革,围绕“社会主义核心价值观”和“食品安全观”,及时更新食品化学教学内容,融入食品化学领域前沿研究和热点话题,加入爱国主义、爱岗敬业、诚信守法等思政元素,创新食品化学教学方式,突出学生中心、问题导向的“学—教”教学理念,实现专业课程与思政教育同向同行。
Teaching reform on the curriculum ideology and politics of Food Chemistry course was discussed from the perspective of morality education.According to“the core values of socialism”and“view of food safety”,the teaching content of Food Chemistry was immediately updated.The front research and hot topic issues in Food Chemistry research areas as well as ideological and political elements(such as patriotism,dedication,honest and law-abiding)were also added into the teaching content of Food Chemistry courses.Creating“learning-lecturing”teaching method with educational ideas of student center and problem orientation realized the same direction between the specialized courses and ideological and political education.
