摘要
以“食品化学”实验课程为例,探讨“新工科”背景下师范院校本科生实验课程改革与实践。针对目前“食品化学”实验课程在教学内容、教学方法、考核方式等方面存在的问题,提出具体的教学改革方案。对“食品化学”实验课程教学内容进行系统化设计,增加与学科前沿进展相关的创新性实验,改进考核方式,并充分利用线上资源。通过“食品化学”实验课程的教学改革与实践,培养学生实践能力和创新能力,使学生成为高层次的技术应用型人才。
Reform and practice of“Food Chemistry”experiment is considered as a case study.Focus on the reform of undergraduate experiment teaching on the strategy of“Emerging Engineering Education”construction.According to present problems of content and design,teaching methods and assessment methods of“Food Chemistry”experiment,the reform scheme is proposed.The course content of“Food Chemistry”experiment should be designed.More innovative experiments related to cutting-edge advances in disciplines should be increase.Improve assessment methods and make full use of online resources.Through the teaching reform and practice of“Food Chemistry”experiment course,students'practical ability and innovation ability are cultivated.Students will become high-level applied talents of technology.
