摘要
运用文献资料研究、逻辑分析研究、质性研究等方法,基于WSR系统方法论研究了影响高校体育文化构建过程的因素,构建了高校体育文化系统的物理因素、事理因素、人理因素的三维体系。研究认为,物理因素是高校体育文化构建过程正常开展的重要基础;事理因素是具体方法与手段,为高校体育文化构建的开展提供智力支持和技术保障;人理因素始终贯穿于高校体育文化构建的整个过程之中,通过协调相关主体的利益冲突,构建和谐的人际关系,使"物"与"事"等资源得以合理配置。
Based on the WSR systemic methodology,this study looks at factors that influence campus sports culture and constructs a three-dimensional system of sport culture on campus which encompasses WU( physical factors),SHI( methods and tools) and REN( human factors).WU or the physical factors constitute the basis on which campus sport culture is normally constructed,SHI or the methods or tools provide intellectual support and technical guarantee for the construction,and REN or human factors always runs through the whole process of construction,weaving harmonious interpersonal relationships and seeking a rational allocation of'WU'and'SHI'resources.
