摘要
课程思政是新时代落实素质教育的有效载体,高校的思政理论课程及其他课程都是对学生进行思政教育的重要途径。多元化背景下,高校食品专业课程教学过程中有效渗透课程思政对学生成长具有重要作用。本文首先探讨多元价值观背景下思政教育对高校食品专业课程的新要求,进而研究多元化背景下高校食品专业课程思政教学改革的路径。
Curriculum ideology and politics is an effective carrier to implement quality education in the new era.And all courses can realize the ideological and political education of college students.Under the background of diversified values,the integration of curriculum ideology and politics into the courses of food major is conductive to the growth of students.This paper firstly discussed the new requirements of ideological and political education for college food major,and then studied corresponding construction paths.
