摘要
目的探讨"复盘"式教学在妇产科住院医师技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取在中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇产科基地,参加住院医师培训的2018级住院医师50名作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组25人。对照组采用传统的教学模式完成临床基本技能教学,试验组采用"复盘"式教学模式。两组学员均完成三轮技能培训,培训前和每轮培训结束后比较两组学生理论和技能的考核成绩,并完成教学满意度调查以了解学生反馈情况。结果试验组住院医师的理论及技能考核成绩均显著高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组在培训方式、培训效果及对带教教师满意度均高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论应用"复盘"式教学进行妇产科住院医师技能培训,可显著提升其理论知识水平和临床操作技能水平,有效提高住院医师培训质量。
Objective To explore the application of"debriefing"teaching in skill training of obstetrics and gynecology residents.Methods 50 residents from the class of 2018,who participated in the resident training in the obstetrics and gynecology base of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University,were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 25 people in each.The control group used the traditional teaching mode to complete the teaching of basic clinical skills,while the experimental group used the"debriefing"teaching mode.The two groups completed three rounds of skill training.Before and after the training,all students were compared in terms of their theoretical and skill assessment results,and the teaching satisfaction survey was completed to understand the students’feedback.Results The theoretical assessment scores and the skill scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Training method,training effect and satisfaction of the teachers in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of"debriefing"teaching in the skill training of obstetrics and gynecology residents can significantly improve the level of theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills,and effectively improve the training quality of residents.
