摘要
本文主要介绍澳门镜湖医院在进行医院内临床技能培训工作的经验及体会。为了培养临床医生和刚进入临床的住院医生的职业胜任力,我院通过加强领导,建立临床培训中心,购置教学模具、加强师资建设、制定培训课程和要求、组织单项测验和客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)等措施,逐步地强化和提高医生的基本临床技能。
This article mainly introduces experience and understandings of clinical skills training in Kiang Wu Hospital of Macao. In order to enhance working capability and competence of doctors and freshmen, Kiang Wu hospital is gradually improving basic clinical skills of doctors through strengthening leadership, establishing clinical training center, purchasing teaching equipments, enhancing teacher building, formulating training courses and organizing OSCE test.
