情景体验式教学法在产前检查实验教学中的应用分析

摘要 目的分析情景体验式教学法在产前检查实验教学中的应用。方法选取2020年7月—2022年10月在郑州大学第三附属医院进行住院医师规范化培训的60名医师为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为常规组和情景组,各30名。常规组采用传统常规带教方法,情景组采用情景体验式教学法进行实践教学。对两组规培医师的最终考核成绩、最终教学效果、教学总体满意度进行比较。结果在最终成绩考核中,两组理论知识成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);情景组实际操作技能成绩显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);情景组规培医师应急反应能力合格率(93.33%)、临床思维能力合格率(96.67%)、团队配合能力合格率(100.00%)均显著高于常规组规培医师,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);情景组教学总体满意度(96.67%)显著高于常规组教学总体满意度(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对规培医师采用情景体验式教学法进行产前检查实践教学,有利于提高其临床操作能力,相比于传统常规带教方法,该教学方法优势更大。 Objective To analyze the application of situational experiential teaching method in prenatal examination experimental teaching.Methods A total of 60 residents who underwent standardized training in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were di-vided into the routine group and the scenario group by the random number table method,with 30 doctors in each group.The routine group adopted the traditional routine teaching method,and the situational experiential teaching method was used in the situational experiential teaching group.The final assessment scores,final teaching effects and overall teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results In the final performance assessment,there was no statistically significant difference in theoretical knowledge scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The practical skill scores of the scenario group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of emergency response ability(93.33%),clinical thinking ability(96.67%)and team cooperation ability(100.00%)in the scenario group were significantly higher than those in the rou-tine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of teaching in the sce-nario group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(80.00%),and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational experiential teaching method for prenatal examination expe-CHINA HEALTH INDUSTRY riential teaching of standardized training doctors is conducive to improving their clinical operation ability.Compared with the traditional routine teaching method,this teaching method has greater advantages.
