摘要
普通高校英语专业传统翻译课堂教学以教师为中心,以讲授为主体,以翻译结果为导向,显示出诸多弊端。作为一种任务实践型教学模式,翻译工作坊强调以学生为主体,以过程为导向,在提升学习者翻译实践能力的同时,注重对其合作精神、责任意识和职业能力的全面培养。在全面分析英语专业翻译教学现状及存在的问题基础上,对翻译工作坊教学模式的理论基础、教学流程和具体操作进行阐述,以期为提升英语专业翻译教学质量,培养学生翻译职业能力提供参考。
Centered on teachers,based on lectures and oriented by translation outcomes,the traditional translation teaching for English majors in universities presents more and more disadvantages.As a task-based teaching mode,the translation workshop emphasizes taking students as center and process as orientation so as to improve learners translation practical abilities and foster their spirit of cooperation,sense of responsibility and capacity of profession in the meantime.Based on analyzing the present situation and problems of translation teaching for English majors,the paper gives the complete statement for theoretical principles,teaching processes and specific operations of translation workshop.Thus,it can provide beneficial references for improving pedagogical quality and strengthening students professional competence of translation.
