摘要
幼有所育是民生事业之首,办好学前教育关键在于教师队伍建设。学前教师工作坊运用大数据、互联网技术打造幼儿园教师培训信息化管理平台,是提升幼儿园教师专业素养的有效途径。基于学前教师工作坊理论研究现状的梳理与工作实践中瓶颈的分析,思考教师工作坊的数据优势,从当前教师工作坊的数据研究的基础成果上出发,借助大数据的思维和方法,提出学前教师工作坊在大数据背景下系统优化措施,构建系统化的创新运作模型。
Early childhood education is the priority of the people's livelihood undertakings. The key to success in preschool educa- tion lies in the construction of teachers. Using big data and the Internet technology in preschool teachers' workshop to build the informa- tion management platform of kindergarten teachers' training is an effective way to improve the professional quality of kindergarten teach- ers. Based on the research status and bottleneck of practice of pre-school teachers' workshops,the paper analyzes the data advantages of teachers' workshops,and starts from the achievement of the data research of current teachers' workshops,and uses the thinking and methods of Big Data to put forward the system optimization measures of preschool teachers' workshop in the context of Big Data,and constructs the innovative operation model.
