摘要
随着城市中的电动自行车不断增多,与其相关的交通事故也呈现出多发态势。首先,对2015—2020年中国涉及电动自行车的交通事故全量数据进行汇总整理。然后,从电动自行车交通事故的伤亡人数、地域特征、时间特征、伤亡人员特征、道路空间特征和违法行为等六个方面,对电动自行车交通事故进行深入分析。最后,从规范生产销售、加强非机动车道和机非隔离设施建设、强化交通违法查处、重视电动自行车载人风险以及持续推进安全头盔佩戴行动等方面,提出加强电动自行车安全管理的对策建议。
With the increasing number of electric bicycles in cities,traffic accidents related to them al-so show a trend of frequent occurrence.Firstly,This paper first summarizes of the total data of traffic accidents involving electric bicycles in China from 2015 to 2020.Characteristics of electric bicycle ac-cidents are discussed in six aspects:the number of casualties,regional geographical characteristics,temporal characteristics,casualties,road space,and illegal acts.Finally,the paper provides sugges-tions on the safety management of electric bicycles from the aspects of standardizing production and sales,promoting the construction of non-motorized lanes and separate facilities,strengthening the in-vestigation and punishment of traffic violations,paying attention to the risk of manned electric bicy-cles,and continuously promoting the operation of wearing safety helmets.
