摘要
本文基于北京城市副中心(通州区)近3 a电动自行车历史交通事故数据,对电动自行车交通事故的特点进行分析总结,分别从人、车、管各方向挖掘交通事故的潜在致因,明确交通事故治理的靶向目标,从政府、企业、骑行者3个视角提出科学管理对策,力求对北京城市副中心电动自行车交通事故的有效预防提供对策参考和管理借鉴.
Based on the historical traffic crash data of electric bicycles in the sub-center(Tongzhou District)in the past three years,this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of electric bicycle traffic crashes,examine the potential causes of traffic crashes from the three directions of people,vehicles,and management,and clarifies the target of traffic crash management.From the perspectives of government,enterprises,and cyclists,this paper puts forward scientific management countermeasures and strives to provide countermeasures and management references for the effective prevention of electric bicycle traffic crash in the Beijing sub-center.
