摘要
通过对近10年新疆煤矿16次事故统计分析发现,矿井多种灾害事故中,顶板事故发生率高且伤亡人数最多。针对新疆生态脆弱矿区顶板事故频发问题,采用理论分析和现场案例解析方法,建立顶板岩层失稳力学模型,揭示顶板垮落致灾机理,结合现场案例对事故原因进行分析总结。基于当前顶板事故治理的紧迫性,据新疆生态脆弱矿区特殊地质条件,针对性提出优化开采方案设计、提高工作面及巷道支护强度、加强顶板实时监测预警和发现顶板危险区后及时解危的控制措施。
Through the statistical analysis of 16 accidents in Xinjiang coal mine in recent 10 years,it is found that the roof accident rate is high and the number of casualties is the most in the mine disasters.In this regard,aiming at the problem of frequent roof disasters in Xinjiang ecologically fagile mining areas,the mechanical model of roof rock instability is established by means of theoretical analysis and feld case analysis,and the mechanism of roof collapse is revealed.The causes of the accident are analyzed and summarized in combination with field cases.Based on the urgency of the curent roof accident management,according to the special geological conditions of the ecologically fagile mining area in Xinjang,the control measures of optimizing the mining scheme design,improving the support strength of the working face and roadway,strengthening the real-time monitoring and early waming of the roof and timely relieving the danger after discovering the dangerous area of the roof are put forward.It provides reference for roof control of mines in this area.
