摘要
为研究煤矿顶板事故的特点和该类事故的相似致因,以2011-2020年全国煤矿事故为统计样本,探究顶板事故对全国煤矿事故的影响;然后基于事故树与相似安全系统学原理相结合的方法,以采掘工作面顶板事故为例,先采用事故树分析法进行事故原因分析,再结合相似安全系统学原理分析该类事故原因的相似特征。结果表明:顶板事故的发生影响着全国煤矿事故的趋势走向;煤矿顶板事故在人、机、环、管四方面均存在相似的缺陷,其中以人子系统的相似度最高,避免相似致因因素的出现,能够有效地预防类似事故的发生。
In order to study the characteristics of coal mine roof accidents and the similar causes of such accidents,the national coal mine accidents from 2011 to 2020 were used as statistical samples to investigate the influence of roof accidents on national coal mine accidents;then,based on the combination of accident tree and similar safety systematics principles,the accident tree analysis method was firstly used to analyze the causes of accidents,and then combined with similar safety systematics principles to The similar characteristics of the causes of such accidents were analyzed.The results show that:the occurrence of roof accidents affects the trend of coal mine accidents nationwide;coal mine roof accidents have similar defects in four aspects:human,machine,environment and management,among which the human subsystem has the highest similarity,and avoiding the occurrence of similar causal factors can effectively prevent similar accidents.
