摘要
翻译技术的迅猛发展,在大幅提升法律翻译实践效率的同时,也引发了相关层面的伦理担忧。文章从翻译技术与人、翻译技术与社会、翻译技术与语言生态三个维度,探讨法律翻译技术广泛应用带来的正向伦理影响和伦理威胁,同时提出法律翻译技术伦理建构三原则,以期对法律翻译技术伦理风险管控做出有益探索。
The rapid development of translation technology has not only improved the efficiency of legal translation greatly,but also aroused ethical concerns at different levels.This article explores the positive ethical impact as well as ethical threat brought by the wide application of legal translation technology from three perspectives:translation technology and human,translation technology and society,and translation technology and language ecology.It also proposes three principles for the construction of technical ethics in legal translation,with a view to making a beneficial exploration on the control of ethical risks in legal translation technology.
