摘要
随着高等教育的普及,毕业生人数呈逐年增加趋势,加之受新冠肺炎疫情和全球经济下行等多重因素叠加影响,大学生“慢就业”现象愈加明显。后疫情时代,大学生就业态势呈现出普及化、市场化、个性化、信息化特点。同时,后疫情时代大学生就业面临就业模式、就业观念、人才培养模式、就业指导与服务方式、求职方式等挑战。可以通过提早做好职业生涯规划教育,树立“先就业再择业”就业观念;提早摸底做好个性化精准求职指导与服务;引导毕业生“进体制”与“下基层”;引导毕业生到新业态领域就业和从事自由职业;利用大数据和信息化技术做好智能化精准推送求职信息;加强就业形势分析,鼓励创业等途径提升“慢就业”群体的就业质量。
With the popularization of higher education,the number of graduates has been increasing year by year.Combined with multiple factors such as the COVID-19 epidemic and the global economic downturn,the phenomenon of"delayed employment"of college students has become more and more obvious.In the post-epidemic era,the employment situation of college students is characterized by popularization,marketization,individualization and informatization.At the same time,the employment of college students in the post-epidemic era is faced with challenges such as employment mode,employment concept,talent training mode,employment guidance and service mode,and job-seeking mode.Through early career planning education,we can establish the employment concept of"employment first before finding another better job".We should try to find out the real situation,provide personalized and accurate job guidance and services in advance,guide graduates to"enter the system"and"go to the grass-roots level",guide them to find employment in new business fields and engage in freelance work,use big data and information technology to intelligently and accurately push job information,strengthen the analysis of employment situation and encourage entrepreneurship to improve the employment quality of"delayed employment"groups.
