摘要
本文结合疫情常态化和融媒体发展的双重背景下,赋予微信公众平台进行就业指导与服务的新机遇,以同济大学学生就业指导中心官方微信公众号——"同济就业"的实践经验为例,分别从基于"革新式"现实需求的服务功能开发升级、基于"渐进式"就业引导的育人引领功效提升,以及基于"精准化"用户需求的大数据促快速创新等角度,进一步探讨在特殊时期高校就业微信公众平台如何"破困立新",进一步提升就业工作质量的新举措及未来发展可能性。
Based on the background of normalization of epidemic situation and the development of the media,this paper gives WeChat public platform new opportunities for career guidance and service.Taking the practical experience of"Tongji Career",the official WeChat official account of Tongji University student employment guidance center as an example,it develops and updates the service function based on the"innovative"real needs,and based on the"gradual"employment.From the perspective of guiding education,leading efficiency improvement,and promoting rapid innovation with big data based on the"precise"user demand,this paper further discusses how to"break the difficulties and establish new"in the WeChat public platform for college employment in the special period,and new measures and future development possibilities to further improve the quality of employment work.
