摘要
就业工作是高等院校服务学生的最后一公里,也是被社会广范关注的民生问题,高校就业工作的质量水平直接决定学生的就业质量。本章以地方本科高校发挥服务地方经济社会的职能为视角,分析所在地区对人才需求的现状,并对地方本科高校就业服务工作中存在的问题进行梳理。从重构就业研究服务组织结构、精准分析就业市场需求、打造综合素质高的毕业生队伍等方面提出促进就业工作的相关路径。
The employment work is the last kilometer for the college to serve the students,and it is also the people's livelihood problem which is widely concerned by the society.From the perspective of serving the local economic and social development,this paper analyzes the current situation of the demand for talents in the area,and sorts out the problems existing in the employment service of local college.This paper puts forward several ways to promote the employment from the aspects of reconstructing the organization structure of the employment research service,fully analyzing the employment market and building the elite graduates with"HulunbuirUniversity character".
