摘要
当今时代,数字化已逐渐成为人类生存与实践的重要方式。就业工作是检验立德树人工作成效的关键一环,其数字化程度直接决定着“教育数字化”工作的成败。而新冠肺炎疫情的常态化发展,加剧了高校就业工作的严峻性与复杂性。为不断提升教育系统就业工作服务水平和数字化能力,促进高校毕业生更加充分、更高质量就业,文章以中国农业大学推广应用“国家大学生就业服务平台”为例,探究大学生就业工作数字化的理论价值和实践意义。其中,在具体实践方面,中国农业大学坚持应用为王,注重挖掘和利用就业服务平台资源,通过“高站位、强拓展、重帮扶、精指导、优保障”,在“就业服务、指导、管理和调查”等应用场景中实现对就业工作流程“主要环节”的数字化全覆盖,推动线上、线下两个空间就业服务工作融合发展。以实践为基础,文章提出开展就业工作数字化的几点建议:一是要不断提高对就业工作数字化的认识;二是要不断提升就业工作数字化队伍的能力;三是要紧抓就业工作数字化的抓手;四是要做好就业工作数字化的技术保障。
Nowadays,digitization has gradually become a dominant way of performing human existence and practice.Employment is a key metric to test the effectiveness of college education,whose digitization directly determines whether the job of“digitalization of education”qualifies or not.The normal development of COVID-19 has aggravated the severity and complexity of college employment.To continuously enhance the employment service and digital capabilities of the education system and to promote more adequate and higher-quality employment for college graduates,this paper takes the“National College Student Employment Service Platform”,promoted by China Agricultural University as an example,and explores the theoretical value and practical significance of the digitalization of college student employment.In this paper,from the practice aspect,China Agricultural University,with application as the center,focuses on mining and utilizing the resources of employment service platform.With“high stance,wide expansion,strong assistance,precise guidance and comprehensive ensurance”available,the university realizes full digital coverage of the“main links”of employment workflow in the application scenarios of“employment service,guidance,management and investigation”,and then promotes the integration of online and offline employment service work.Based on the practice,this paper puts forward several suggestions on the digitalization of employment:firstly,it should improve the understanding of digitalization of employment;secondly,it should enhance the ability of the workforce to work digitally;thirdly,it should promptly grasp oppoyunities of the employment digitization;fourthly,it should complete the technical support for the digitization of employment.
