摘要
国外高校就业服务工作经过多年的发展,已形成比较稳定且各具特色的大学生就业服务体系,分别是美国代表的"全程多层型"模式、日本代表的"多元供给型"模式和欧洲代表的"服务外包"模式。我国高校就业服务在"十三五"的新时期,应正确认识就业服务模式优化、内容体系完善和服务手段拓展等方面的问题。我国高校就业服务质量的提升,要注重就业服务模式的全程多位一体构建、就业服务内容实践精细化的强化、就业服务手段信息的多元化。
After years of development, employment service in colleges and universities in western countries has formed stable and distinctive employment service systems for college graduates, including the"full multi-layer" model of the United States as a representative, the "multiple feeding" model represented by Japan, and the "hybrid" mode common in European countries. China should have a better understanding of the optimization of employment service model, the improvement of the system, the expansion of devices for service in the new era of " Thirteenth Five Year Plan". For enhancing the quality of employment services further, colleges and universities in China should focus on building a multi-position in one mode,strengthening the refinement of the employment content, and diversifying the means and information of employment service.
