摘要 校本研修是我国中小学教师专业发展的有效路径,是一种常态化的教师研修方式,贯穿于教育教学活动全过程。县级教师发展机构承担着县域内教师全员培训的职能,负责为中小学实施校本研修提供指导和支持。重庆第二师范学院国家教师发展协同创新实验基地整合万州区、开州区、云阳县的优质教育资源,聚焦校本研修管理者专业能力提升,通过教师发展协同创新项目探索形成了基于"UNIS+Ⅱ"双重协同的GLE分段递进研修模式,搭建立体多元、双重协同的教师发展支持体系,推动县级教师发展机构能力建设,创新生成式、引领式、体验式分段递进研修模式,全面提升校本研修管理者规划设计与实施指导能力,推动县域内校本研修的高质量建设。 The school-based training is an effective approach for primary and secondary teacher development in China as well as a normalized method for teacher training throughout the whole process of teacher education and teaching activities. County-level teacher development institutes are responsible for the training of all teachers in the county and provide guidance and support for the implementation of school-based training in primary and secondary schools. The National Teacher Development Collaborative Innovation Experimental Base of Chongqing University of Education integrates high-quality educational resources in Wanzhou District, Kaizhou District, and Yunyang County and focuses on the improvement of the professional ability of school-based training managers from primary and secondary schools. Through exploring collaborative innovation projects for teacher development, the base forms the GLE segmented progressive training model based on "UNIS + Ⅱ" double-collaboration and builds the multi-dimensional and double-collaborative teacher development support system. It effectively drives the capacity building of county-level teacher development institutions, innovates the generative-style, leading-style, and experiential-style of segmented progressive training mode, comprehensively enhances the planning, design, implementation, and guidance capabilities of school-based training managers, and promotes the high-quality construction of school-based training in the county.
