本科层次职业教育视域下高职院校教师发展策略探析 被引量:16

On Teacher Development Strategy in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Vocational Education at Undergraduate Level

摘要 本文首先从观念、知识和能力三个角度论述了本科层次职业教育对高职院校教师的挑战,进而阐述了本科层次职业教育视域下高职院校教师的优势与发展困境,并基于本科层次职业教育的视域,提出改进高职院校教师发展策略的相关建议,包括通过更新研修模式,促进教师专业实践能力提高;设立专门机构,推进教师发展服务系统化;吸纳教师参与课程改革,保障教师归属感、使命感获得;构建高职特色评价体系,维护教师学术生态发展。 Focusing on realization, knowledge and ability, the current paper discussed the challenges that facing teachers in higher vocational colleges presented by vocational education at undergraduate level, and analyzed the advantages as well as the developmental difficulties of higher vocational college teachers under the perspective of vocational education at undergraduate level. We argue that under the perspective of vocational education at undergraduate level, promoting the development of higher vocational college teachers should take the rote of updating training mode to elevate teachers" professional practice ability; establishing special institution to advance the systemization of teacher development service; encouraging teachers" participation in curriculum reform to guarantee teachersj sense of duty and belonging; and constructing characteristic evaluation system to protect the academic ecology.
