摘要
目的调查西南医科大学在校大学生对结核病的防治知识掌握情况,并探究影响其认知的主要因素,为指导医学院校结核病教学及培养结核病防治专业人才提供依据。方法采取横断面流行病学调查方法,于2020-10对西南医科大学233名学生进行结核病专业知识问卷调查,使用Logistic回归模型分析结核病专业知识知晓情况的影响因素,检验水准α=0.05。结果共发放调查问卷233份,回收233份,回收率为100%,其中有效问卷233份,有效率100%。大学生结核病防治总体知识知晓率为61.55%(2438/3961),流行病与预防知识知晓率为73.18%(1023/1398),诊断知识知晓率为60.66%(848/1398),治疗知识知晓率为48.8%(2299/4715),预防性治疗知识知晓率为51.07%(119/233)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:是否曾临床见习[β=1.32,Waldχ^(2)=12.42,P=0.000,OR(95%CI)0.265(0.127~0.554)]、年级[β=0.425,Waldχ^(2)=7.331,P=0.007,OR(95%CI)0.1.529(1.124~2.080)]对医学生结核病防治知识水平影响相对较高。结论应加强对医学院校大学生结核病防治知识课程教学改革,特别要强化见习环节,强化结核病实践技能的规范化实习。
Objective To investigate the knowledge of tuberculosis(TB)prevention and treatment of college students in Southwest Medical University,to explore the main factors affecting their cognition,and to provide basis for the guidance of teaching in medical colleges and training of professionals for tuberculosis prevention and treatment.Methods The cross-sectional epidemiological investigation method was adopted.A questionnaire survey was conducted on tuberculosis professional knowledge among 233 students in Southwest Medical University in October 2020.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of TB professional knowledge.And the test level wasα=0.05.Results A total of 233 questionnaires were sent out and 233 were recovered with a recovery rate of 100%.There were 233 valid questionnaires with an effective rate of 100%.The overall knowledge rate of tuberculosis prevention and treatment among college students was 61.55%(2438/3961).The knowledge rate of epidemiology and prevention was 73.18%(1023/1398),of diagnosis 60.66%(848/1398),of treatment 48.8%(2299/4715)and of preventive treatment 51.07%(119/233),respectively.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the knowledge level of tuberculosis prevention and treatment was greatly affected by whether participated in clinical practice(β=1.32,Waldχ^(2)=12.42,P=0.000,odds ratio(OR)=0.265,95%confidence interval(CI):0.127-0.554)and grade(β=0.425,Waldχ^(2)=7.331,P=0.007,OR=0.1.529,95%CI:1.124-2.080).Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the teaching reform of tuberculosis prevention and treatment knowledge courses for medical college students,especially the inprobation link and the standardized internship of tuberculosis practical skills.
