摘要 随着我国社会经济的快速发展,医疗服务水平亦得到显著提高,医学影像设备的研发以及各项检查新技术的推广,在医学诊疗过程中起到举足轻重的作用。现代医学影像检查方法已不是传统的X线透视和摄影技术,而是一门将基础医学、临床医学、影像诊断学、计算机技术以及图像后处理技术进行紧密结合的交叉学科,具有极高的应用性、技术性以及实践性,新的医学模式创建对从事医学影像学的医务工作者亦提出了更高的标准和要求。转变医学教育理念和教育模式才能培养符合社会需求的医学人才,该文基于影像技术专业教学方法展开探讨,提出PBL+CBL相结合的教学方法,通过结合具体临床案例,将分散的知识点进一步归总,将医学理论知识与实践密切结合,进一步加深医学实习生对于具体疾病诊断知识的认知,提高临床思维、创新性思维以及语言表达的综合能力,对于医学教学改革起到积极促进的作用,通过激发学习兴趣,最终培养高素质、高水准的医学人才。 With the rapid development of our country's social economy,the level of medical services has also been significantly improved.The research and development of medical imaging equipment and the promotion of various new inspection technologies play a pivotal role in the process of medical diagnosis and treatment.The modern medical imaging examination method is no longer the traditional X-ray fluoroscopy and photography technology,but a cross-discipline that closely combines basic medicine,clinical medicine,diagnostic imaging,computer technology,and image post-processing technology.It has extremely high applicability,technical and practical,the creation of a new medical model also puts forward higher standards and requirements for medical workers engaged in medical imaging.Only by changing the medical education concept and education mode can we cultivate medical talents that meet the needs of society.Based on the teaching methods of imaging technology,this article proposes a teaching method combining PBL+CBL.By combining specific clinical cases,the scattered knowledge points are further improved.In summary,the close combination of medical theoretical knowledge and practice will further deepen the medical interns'cognition of specific disease diagnosis knowledge,improve the comprehensive ability of clinical thinking,innovative thinking and language expression,and play a positive role in the reform of medical teaching,through stimulating interest in learning,and ultimately cultivate high-quality,high-level medical talents.
