摘要
目的:了解江苏省盱眙县技师学院在校学生结核病核心知识知晓情况,为开展结核病宣教工作提供科学依据。方法:2022年8—9月,对江苏省盱眙县技师学院497名在校学生进行问卷调查,了解学生结核病核心知识知晓情况。结果:学生结核病核心知识总知晓率为55.31%,幼护专业学生的总知晓率最高,为67.99%。结核病传播途径及预防途径的单一知晓率最高,为86.92%;“结核病何时停止治疗”的单一知晓率最低,为0.60%。89.54%的学生在校内接受过结核病知识宣传,56.14%的学生在校外接受过知识宣教。28.37%的学生认为应当避免与确诊患者接触,停止一切社交活动;10.26%的学生认为应避免与已治愈人群接触。结论:学生对于结核病核心知识总知晓率较低,建议对学生加强结核病诊疗、国家优惠政策以及正确对待结核病等方面知识的宣传。
OBJECTIVE To understand the core knowledge of tuberculosis among students in Xuyi technologist college of Jiangsu and the main ways to obtain prevention and control information,so as to provide scientific basis for carrying out tuberculosis publicity and education in the future.METHODS From August to September 2022,students in Xuyi technician college of Jiangsu were selected as the research objects to conduct a survey using a unified designed questionnaire,including general demographic characteristics,knowledge of core knowledge,and main ways to acquire knowledge,etc.Through the analysis of total awareness rate,total awareness rate,single awareness rate and other indicators to understand the knowledge of core knowledge.RESULTS The total awareness rate of TB core knowledge among students in this vocational school was 55.31%,and the highest awareness rate was 67.99% among students majoring in nursing.The single awareness rate of the transmission route and prevention route of tuberculosis was the highest 86.92%,and the single awareness rate of when to stop treatment was the lowest 0.6%.89.54% of students received TB propaganda in school and 56.14% received knowledge education outside school.28.37% of the students believed that contact or social activities should be stopped with those diagnosed.10.26% of the students believed that all contact and social activities should be stopped with the cured person.CONCLUSION The overall awareness rate of core knowledge of TB among school students is low,so it is suggested to strengthen the publicity and education of TB prevention and treatment knowledge,such as the diagnosis and treatment of TB,the national preferential policies and the correct treatment of TB.
