工科类职教本科人才培养定位及体系——以X学院机械工程专业为例 被引量:18

On Talent Cultivation Orientation and System of Engineering Vocational Education for Undergraduates——A Case Study of Mechanical Engineering Speciality of X College

摘要 基于职教本科研究现状知识图谱分析与典型工科类职教本科合作办学案例分析,从生源入口、培养定位、课程体系、培养模式、职业发展五方面与对应普通本科专业、高职专业进行深度比对以及学生满意度重要性-绩效分析,由点及面归纳出工科类职教本科办学的焦点、难点与问题。教育行政主管部门应进一步明确职教本科人才培养定位,加快推进现代职业教育体系建设,启动专业教学标准与评价体系建设,增进社会了解与支持;各办学主体需加快办学条件建设,科学研制人才培养方案,探索培养模式创新,加强学生学业指导。 Knowledge mapping analysis of research status of vocational education for undergraduates,and in-depth comparison of majors from universities and higher vocation colleges with typical case shows that great importance was attached to five key aspects including student entrance,cultivation orientation,curriculum system,cultivation mode and career development.Importance-Performance Analysis from the perspective of student satisfaction was made before drawing conclusion about difficulties and problems of current engineering vocational education for undergraduates.The cultivation orientation for vocationally-cultivated undergraduates should be clarified in line with the modern vocational education system and the teaching standards constructed by the governmental departments of education.The school conditions,scientific talents cultivation plans and modes should be carefully dealt with by all the colleges.
