技术论视域下职教本科定位与人才培养逻辑 被引量:33

The Logic of Vocational Undergraduate Education Orientation and Talent Training from Technology Theory Perspective

摘要 现代技术快速发展对技术型人才的需求使发展职教本科成为现实需求,但实践中,职教本科概念认识不清及办学主体规定不明,导致其发展与应用技术型大学存在很大重复性。职业教育与技术有天然联系,随着技术内涵不断丰富,职业教育表现出系统变化与层次上移,职教本科在技术当代内涵中确立其位置,与应用技术型本科的区别在于职教本科侧重强调技术的实践衍生。新时期职教本科人才培养应遵循技术性与人文性统一,将作为知识的技术、过程的技术与意志的技术有机结合,走职教本科的特色之路。 In order to adapt to the rapid development of technology for high-level technical talents, accelerating the development of vocational education has become a practical demand. However, in practice, the concept of vocational undergraduate education is not clear and the provisions on the subject of running a school are not clear, resulting in its development process and application-oriented university has a lot of repetition. In essence, vocational education and technology have a natural relationship. With the continuous enrichment of technical connotation, vocational education also shows systematic change and level shift. Vocational undergraduate education has established its position in the contemporary connotation of technology. The difference between vocational education and application-oriented undergraduate is that vocational education emphasizes the practical derivation of technology. In the new era, the cultivation of vocational education undergraduate talents should follow the unity of technicality and humanism, organically combine the technology as knowledge, technology of process and technology of will, and jointly develop the characteristic road of vocational undergraduate education course.
