摘要
职业教育高端发展背景下,深圳“双高”院校开展职业本科人才培养具有符合国家政策、契合产业发展、承担重要使命和满足人才需求的重要意义,要在高站位立德树人、高端化专业布局、高标准课程建设、高水平师资建设和高质量科技创新方面做好充分准备,培养“厚通识、提素养、强实操、善创新”的高层次技术技能人才,为“双区”提供高层次的人才、智力和技术技能支撑。
Under the background of high-end development of vocational education,it is of great significance for Shenzhen "double high" colleges to carry out vocational undergraduate talents training.It is in line with national policies,conforms to industrial development,undertakes important missions and meets the needs of talents.Full preparations should be made in terms of high-standing moral education,high-end professional layout,high-standard curriculum construction,high-level faculty construction and high-quality scientific and technological innovation to cultivate high-level technical and skilled talents "with good general knowledge,high quality,strong practical ability and innovation capacity",and to provide high-level talents,intelligence and technical skills support for construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
