摘要 课证互融是职业教育教学改革的立足点,是现代化人才培养的关键所在。课证互融“四·五”人才培养体系构建是形塑人才培养模式的新“捷径”、引领要素配置的新“东风”、发展地区社会经济的新“便车”、转变社会意识形态的新“引力”。课证互融“四·五”人才培养体系在认知行业阶段推动“基础课程+基础素质”双发力、基础学习阶段完成“数字化+智能化”双巩固、强化技能阶段实现“实训+实岗”双跟学、融入岗位阶段促成“职业技能+职业素质”双养成。在此基础上,通过在“双化”教学方法、“双师”队伍建设、“双重”课程体系、“双制”教学制度、“双模”人才输送五个维度上发力,全面提升高职院校人才输送能力,以契合社会经济发展的需要。 The curriculum-certificate integration is the foothold of vocational education and teaching reform, and it is also the key to the cultivation of modern talents. The construction of“4·5”talent training system for the curriculum-certificate integration is a new “shortcut”to shape the talent training model, a new“east wind”to lead the allocation of elements, a new“free-rider”to develop regional and social economy, and a new“gravity”to change social ideology. The“4·5”talent training system for curriculum-certificate integration promotes the dual development of “basic courses + basic quality” in the cognitive industry stage, completes the double consolidation of“digital + intelligent”in the basic learning stage, realizes double follow-up study of“practice + training”in the stage of strengthening skills, and promotes the dual development of “vocational skills + professional quality”in the integration stage. On this basis, it’s proposed that efforts from five-dimensional as“double transformation”teaching methods,“dual-qualification”teaching team building,“dual focus”curriculum system,“dual-system”teaching system and“dual model”talent delivery, to comprehensively improve the talent delivery capacity of higher vocational colleges, and meet the needs of social and economic development.
