摘要
生物化学是生命科学的基础和前沿课程,其内容庞杂抽象、机理深奥晦涩,教师难教,学生难学难懂难记。如何发挥首堂绪论课的鼓动效应和首因效应,消除学生的畏难情绪,是值得任课教师研究的课题。笔者将绪论比作生物化学的广告,通过搭建情感桥梁、结构化生物化学知识体系、阐述学习生物化学的理由等来创造需求,极大地激发了学生学习生物化学的兴趣和求知欲,保持持续的学习动力,并获得"三感"的良好学习体验。
Biochemistry is a fundamental and cutting-edge course in the life sciences. Because of the complex and abstract content and obscure mechanisms, it is difficult for instructors to teach and is also challeng for students to learn and understand. It is especially important how the introductory lecture as the first class can eliminate students’ intimidation and play an encouraging and priming effect. The author compares the Introduction to Biochemistry as an advertisement, which creates demand, suspense and appetite by building emotional bridges, structuring the knowledge system of Biochemistry and explaining the reasons for learning Biochemistry, so as to greatly stimulate students’ interest and curiosity in learning Biochemistry,maintaining continuous learning motivation and creating good conditions for subsequent learning the course.Students could gain a good studying experience with the sense of anticipation, satisfaction and nostalgia.
