葡萄糖氧化酶、溶菌酶和腐殖酸钠对肉鸡免疫和抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Glucose Oxidase,Lysozyme and Sodium Humate on Immune and Antioxidant Function of Chickens

摘要 本试验旨在研究葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)、溶菌酶(LZ)和腐殖酸钠(NaHA)代替抗生素对脂多糖(LPS)处理1~21日龄黄羽肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能、抗氧化功能和空肠形态结构的影响。选择1 440只1日龄快大型岭南黄羽肉公鸡,随机分为8个组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加20 mg/kg维吉尼亚霉素、100 mg/kg GOD、200 mg/kg GOD、400 mg/kg LZ、800 mg/kg LZ、0.3%NaHA、0.6%NaHA。所有鸡分别在17和19日龄腹腔注射500μg/kg体重的LPS诱导应激,试验期21 d。结果表明:日粮中添加GOD、LZ和NaHA对肉鸡的体重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、耗料增重比和死亡率无显著影响;800 mg/kg LZ组的法式囊指数高于对照组和20 mg/kg维吉尼亚霉素组(P<0.05);800 mg/kg LZ组、0.6%NaHA组血浆免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量高于对照组(P<0.05),且800 mg/kg LZ组高于20 mg/kg维吉尼亚霉素组(P<0.05);800 mg/kg LZ组和0.6%NaHA组的免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量、100 mg/kg GOD组的γ干扰素(IFN-γ)含量及100 mg/kg GOD组、800 mg/kg LZ组、0.6%NaHA组的白介素2(IL-2)含量以及800 mg/kg LZ组的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均高于对照组和20 mg/kg维吉尼亚霉素组(P<0.05);800 mg/kg LZ组空肠黏膜分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)含量、100 mg/kg GOD组、800 mg/kg LZ组、0.6%NaHA组的T-AOC以及100mg/kgGOD组总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性均高于对照组和20 mg/kg维吉尼亚霉素组(P<0.05);100 mg/kg GOD组、800 mg/kg LZ组、0.6%NaHA组的肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量低于对照组,且800 mg/kg LZ组、0.6%NaHA组低于20 mg/kg维吉尼亚霉素组(P<0.05);各组IL-2含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上,可选择在于基础日粮中添加100 mg/kg GOD、800 mg/kg LZ和0.6%NaHA替代抗生素来提高LPS处理1~21日龄黄羽肉鸡免疫功能和抗氧化功能。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of glucose oxidase,lysozyme and sodium humate as substitutes for antibiotic on growth performance,immune function,antioxidant function and jejunal morphology of LPS-processed yellow-feathered chickens aged from 1 to 21 days.One thousand four hundred and forty 1-day-old Lingnan male chickens were randomly divided into eight groups according body weight,each group consisted of six replicates with 30 birds.The control group was fed basal diet,in the experimental group,20 mg/kg virginiamycin,100 mg/kg or 200 mg/kg glucose oxidase,400 mg/kg or 800 mg/kg lysozyme,0.3%sodium humate,and 0.6%sodium humate were added to the basal diet respectively.All chickens were intraperitoneally injected with LPS of 500 g/kg body weight at 17 and 19 days of age,the whole experiment lasted 21 days.The results showed that the addition of glucose oxidase,lysozyme and sodium humate had no significant effects on the body weight,average daily gain,average daily feed intake,feed weight ratio and mortality of broilers.The Bursa of fabricius index of 800 mg/kg lysozyme group was higher than that of control and 20 mg/kg virginiamycin group(P<0.05).The immunoglobulin A(IgA)content in plasma of 800 mg/kg lysozyme group and 0.6%sodium humate group was higher than that of control group,and 800 mg/kg lysozyme group was higher than 20 mg/kg virginiamycin group(P<0.05).Contents of immunoglobulin M(IgM)in plasma of 800 mg/kg lysozyme group and 0.6%sodium humate group,IFN-γin 100 mg/kg glucose oxidase group,IL-2 in 100 mg/kg glucose oxidase group,800 mg/kg lysozyme group and 0.6%sodium humate group,and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of 800 mg/kg lysozyme group was higher than that of control group and 20 mg/kg virginiamycin group(P<0.05).Content of jejunal mucosa secreted immunoglobulin A(SIgA)in 800 mg/kg lysozyme group,activity of T-AOC in 100 mg/kg glucose oxidase group,800 mg/kg lysozyme group and 0.6%sodium humate group,and activity of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)in 100 mg/kg glucose oxidas
