摘要
过氧化氢酶是一类广泛存在于植物、动物体内的酶类物质,在食品行业及加工工业应用较多。因过氧化氢酶具有抗氧化、抗炎症等作用,在动物养殖行业中也存在应用潜力。文章综述过氧化氢酶的基本功能,结合在畜禽行业中的应用,为其作为畜禽添加剂使用提供参考。
Catalase is a kind of enzymes widely existing in plants and animals, which is mostly used in food industry and processing industry. Because of catalase’s antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, it has potential application in animal breeding industry. The paper reviews the application of catalase in combination with its basic functions in the livestock and poultry industry, to provide a reference for its use as a livestock and poultry additive.
