The experiment was to investigate the effect of different enzyme preparations and their combinations on growth performance and immune performance of growing minks. A total of eighty 75-day-old Jinzhou black male minks were randomly divided into four groups, with 20 replicates in each group and one mink in each replicate. Minks in experimental group Ⅰ(control group) were fed with a basal diet. The basal diet was supplemented with 200 g/t glucose oxidase in experimental group Ⅱ and 200 g/t catalase in experimental group Ⅲ. Experimental group Ⅳ was fed with a basal diet supplemented with 200 g/t glucose oxidase +200 g/t catalase. The experiment lasted for 60 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the average daily gain of minks in test group was significantly increased(P<0.05), the feed to gain ratio in test group Ⅳ was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Compared with control group, diarrhea rate and mortality rate of minks in test group were significantly decreased(P<0.05). The activities in serum of minks of T-SOD and GSH-Px were significantly increased(P<0.05). Serum IgG, IL-2 and IFN-γ content in test group Ⅳ were significantly increased(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the enzyme preparation can greatly improve the growth performance, antioxidant capacity and immune performance of minks during growing period, and reduce the diarrhea rate and mortality rate. The mixed addition of glucose oxidase and catalase had the best effect on growth and development of minks during the growing period.
