摘要
"种子教师"的引领示范作用是建设高质量特殊教育教师队伍的重要途径。西南大学"遵义市特殊教育工作坊主持人培训项目"基于具身认知、群体动力学、混合式学习理论,建构"三阶段七环节"的特殊教育"种子教师"培训模式,通过"两结合"培训形式、"三模块"课程体系、四级运行机制和五种评价,提升"种子教师"的管理能力、专业知识和教研能力,发挥特殊教育"种子教师"示范作用,促进区域内特殊教育教师专业成长,形成了独具特色的师资培训模式。
The leading and exemplary role of"seed teachers"is an important way to build a team of high-quality special education teachers.Based on self-cognition,group dynamics,blended learning theory,"The Host Training Project of Zunyi Special Education Workshop"of Southwest University constructs"three stages and seven links"special education"seed teachers"training model.It also improves the management ability,professional knowledge and teaching research ability of"seed teachers"through the"two-combination"training form,the"three-module"course system,the four-level operation mechanism and the five kinds of evaluation,and gives full play to the demonstration role of"seed teachers"in special education to promote the professional growth of special education teachers in the region.
