教师核心素养与核心能力的关系研究

摘要 以“立德树人”为宗旨的高质量教育离不开教师核心素养与核心能力的体现,教师核心素养与核心能力各有侧重,教师核心素养具有价值特征,主要是蕴含在教师身心深处的品质与修养,偏向质量范畴,可用优劣来评价,教师核心能力具有外显特征,主要是教师在教育教学过程中展现出来的个性心理特征,偏向数量范畴,可用高低来刻画.本文通过调查,探究了教师核心素养与核心能力这种一内一外,一隐一现,相互作用的关系,体现了教师核心素养能够显著预测教师核心能力,是教师核心能力的基础,教师核心能力能够促进教师核心素养的发展. The high-quality education with the purpose of“Building Morality and cultivating people”can not do without the embodiment of teachers’core literacy and core competence.Teachers’core literacy and core competence have different emphases.Teachers’core competence has value characteristics,mainly the quality and cultivation contained in teachers’body and mind.It is inclined to the category of quality,which can be evaluated by its advantages and disadvantages.Teachers’core competence has explicit characteristics,It is mainly the psychological characteristics of teachers’personality in the process of education and teaching,which is based to the category of quantity and can be described by high and low.Through the investigation,this paper explores the interaction between teachers’core competence and core competence,which reflects that teachers’core competence can significantly predict teachers’core competence,which is the basis of teachers’core competence,and teachers’core competence can promote the development of teachers’core competence.
