摘要
当今世界正处于百年未有之大变局,教育发展亦进入变革的新时代。在新时代背景下,中小学校长必须改变传统的领导模式,形成与其相适应的领导能力,"双螺旋式"结构为此提供了可借鉴的研究框架,帮助阐释校长领导力在新时代的核心要义。中小学校长需要建构起战略领导和战术领导、管理领导和教学领导、个别领导和集体领导等多元视角耦合统一的管理模式。为此,新时代中小学校长领导力的发展要向历史靠近、向理论靠近、向融合方向靠近、与高校学者牵手合作。
The world is undergoing major changes unseen in the last century,and the education development has entered a new era of change.To successfully run education in the new era that people are satisfied with,primary and secondary school principals must change the traditional leadership model and form leadership capabilities that are compatible with the new era.The"double helix"structure provides a research framework for this and helps explain the core connotation of principals leadership in the new era.The principals need to build a unified management pattern that combines multiple perspectives such as strategic leadership and tactical leadership,administrative leadership and instructional leadership,individual leadership and collective leadership.Therefore,the development strategy of the primary and secondary school principals leadership in the new era is proposed in four aspects:moving towards history,moving towards theory,moving towards integration,and holding hands with universities and scholars.
