摘要
教师教育共同体是在当前教育变革形式下出现的一种教师教育创新形式。共同体成员有着共同目标或愿景,他们在真实的教育环境中,通过共同参与、相互配合和真诚合作,探索、改进和解决着教师教育中的一系列问题。教师教育共同体实质上是包含了三种意蕴的结合体:从成员之间思想信念的统一程度看,教师教育共同体首先是一种精神共同体;从利益共享和文化融合的视角看,教师教育共同体又是一种合作共同体;从问题解决的指向和过程看,教师教育共同体更是一种实践共同体。
Teacher education community is a new type of teacher education in the development of educational reform. The group works in coordination and shares the same ambitions and purposes. The members of this community have the same goal and vision. In real educational environment, through participation and cooperation, they try to solve a series of problems in teacher education. The teacher education community consists of three parts: firstly, from the perspective of faith, it is a spiritual community; secondly, from the perspective of pooling of interest and culture integration, it is a cooperation community; thirdly, from the perspective of problem solving orientation and process, it is a community of practice.
