凡口铅锌矿高浓度尾砂充填材料特性试验研究 被引量:11

Experiment Study on Characteristics of Tailings Filling Material with High Concentration in Fankou Lead-zinc Mine

摘要 针对凡口铅锌矿目前充填浓度低,生产成本高,尾砂利用率不足等问题,研究了不同充填材料的配比参数,分析了不同条件下料浆流动性变化规律和管道输送阻力特性。结果表明,为满足采场机械化开采需要,采场浇面充填宜选择分级尾砂作为骨料,灰砂比为1∶4,质量分数为76%,充填体强度R3≥3.0 MPa;非浇面充填可选择混合尾砂作为骨料,灰砂比为1∶4,质量分数为70%,充填体强度R28≥3.0 MPa。充填料浆采用内径130 mm管道输送,流量为60 m^(3)/h时,分级尾砂料浆和混合尾砂料浆管道输送阻力分别为1.77 MPa/km和1.97 MPa/km。基于矿山现有充填管网系统及管道参数,采用高质量分数充填时,管网系统充填倍线均小于料浆自流充填倍线,均可实现自流输送。 Aiming at the problems of low filling concentration, high production cost and insufficient tailings utilization rate in Fankou Lead-zinc Mine, the proportioning parameters of different filling materials were studied. The variation rule of slurry fluidity and resistance characteristics of pipeline transportation under different conditions were analyzed. The results show that, in order to meet the needs of mechanized mining in stope, graded tailings should be selected as aggregate for stope pouring surface filling, with a cement-sand ratio of 1∶4, a mass concentration of 76%, and a backfill strength of R3≥3.0 MPa. Mixed tailings can be selected as aggregate for non-pouring surface filling, with a cement-sand ratio of 1∶4, a mass concentration of 70% and a backfill strength of R28≥3.0 MPa. When the filling slurry is transported in a pipeline with an inner diameter of 130 mm and a flow rate of 60 m^(3)/h, the pipeline transportation resistance of graded tailings slurry and mixed tailings slurry are 1.77 MPa/km and 1.97 MPa/km, respectively. Based on the existing filling pipe network system and pipeline parameters in the mine, when high-concentration filling is used, filling times of pipe network system are all smaller than that of gravity filling system, and self-flow transportation can be realized.
