Study on Stability of Rock Strata in Undersea Filling Mining

摘要 三山岛金矿矿床赋存于海底,表层海水时刻威胁着采矿安全。为合理分析矿区充填开采的安全稳定性,建立了矿区岩层监测系统。对矿区各中段石门巷道顶板进行了周期位移记录,通过数据分析得到了监测期间的岩层变形规律。通过ANSYS模拟对比研究,分析了整个矿区真实开采过程中采场与围岩变形规律。研究表明,海底基岩层的地表倾斜率和水平变形率尚未超出极限值,说明目前海底基岩层尚未出现较大的损伤,海底开采使用充填法采矿是安全稳定的。为保证矿山开采过程中的长期稳定,建议先开采深部矿体,将中深部矿体作为隔离层,待矿山后期再进行开采活动。 Sanshandao Gold Mine is located at the bottom of the sea,and the surface seawater always threatens the safety of the mining area.In order to reasonably analyze the safety and stability of the mining area,a rock layer monitoring system for the mining area was established.Periodic displacement records were made on the roof of the crosscut in each level of the mining area,and the deformation law of the rock strata during monitoring was obtained through data analysis.Through ANSYS simulation and comparative study,the deformation law of the stope and surrounding rock in the actual mining process of the whole mining area was analyzed.Studies showed that the surface tilt rate and horizontal deformation rate of the seabed bedrock did not exceed the limit value,indicating that major damage had not yet occurred in seabed bedrock,and seam mining was safe and stable using the filling method.In order to ensure the long-term stability in the mining process,it was recommended to mine deep ore bodies first,and the middle and deep ore bodies can be used as isolation layers,and be mined in the later mining activities.
