破碎围岩海底金矿安全高效开采设计及稳定性分析

Safe and Efficient Mining Design and Stability Analysis of Seabed Gold Mine with Broken Surrounding Rock

摘要 针对三山岛金矿矿体上下盘围岩破碎易垮的问题,对采空区进行综合治理后再开采,以确保后续作业安全高效。首先确立了二次开采的基本原则,对矿段区域进行了划分,并结合矿山现有的系统工程和已开采情况确定首采区域;然后对首采区域的矿体、断层、破碎带及井巷工程进行了三维精细化建模,根据现场工程地质和开采技术条件进行预留矿柱上向进路充填采矿法设计,并基于数值模拟进行二次开采的稳定性分析。研究表明:预留矿柱上向进路充填采矿法能够降低二次回采的采动影响,实现海底矿床安全高效开采;经济技术指标中损失率降低至14%,贫化率降低至4%,采场生产能力提升至110t/d。 Aiming at the problem of surrounding rock of upper and lower plate of ore body crushing and collapse-caving in the Sanshandao gold mine,the goaf was comprehensively treated and then mined to ensure the safe and efficient follow-up operation.Firstly,the basic principle of secondary mining was established,the ore section area was divided,and the first mining area was determined according to the existing system engineering and mining situation of the mine.Then,the threedimensional fine modeling of ore body,fracture,crush belt and tunnel engineering in the first mining area was carried out.According to the engineering geology and mining technical conditions,the upward drift back-filling method of reserved pillar was designed,and the stability analysis of secondary mining was carried out based on numerical simulation.The research shows that the upward drift back-filling method of reserved pillar can reduce the mining influence of secondary mining and realize the safe and efficient mining of seabed deposits.In the economic and technical indicators,the loss rate was reduced to 14%,and the dilution rate was reduced to 4%,the production capacity of the mining field was increased to 110t/d.
