摘要
房柱交替上升式充填采矿法是一种新的采矿方法。利用ANSYS模拟软件对5种结构参数组合方案进行数值模拟,获得位移、应力、应变等定量指标,并结合实施难易程度、与地质条件的适应性、矿柱回采的相对难易程度、相对生产能力等4个定性指标,通过模糊综合评判,获得最优的采场结构参数组合:矿房宽度10 m,矿柱宽度10 m。对采场结构参数的优化,能够确保矿山安全、高效回采。
Room and pillar alternately raised mining with backfill is a new mining method.With ANSYS software,five combinations of stope structure parameters for the mining method were numerically simulated to obtain the values of quantitative indices such as displacement,stress,strain,etc.Combined with the four qualitative indicators,such as the difficulty of implementation,adaptability with geological conditions,the relative difficulty of pillar stoping and relative production capacity,the optimal structure parameter combination that the width of stope and pillar is both 10 m is obtained by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Optimizing stope structure parameters can ensure safe and efficient stoping.
